Make Light Work ("we", "us") runs live workshops and consulting for small businesses. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email, business type, and what you're interested in, when you fill in a form or book a session.
Payment details are handled by [Stripe]. We never see or store your full card number.
Basic site usage data (pages visited, device type) through analytics and advertising tools such as [Meta Pixel / privacy-friendly analytics], which may use cookies.

How we use it

To reply to you, schedule sessions, and deliver what you bought.
To send workshop reminders and, if you opt in, occasional emails about new sessions. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To understand which pages and ads are working so we can improve them.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business (for example [form provider], [payment processor], [email provider], [video-call provider], [advertising platform]). We don't sell your personal information.

Your client data in workshops

We ask attendees not to share confidential client information during sessions. Private sessions and Workflow Sprints may involve your business materials; we handle those under the written agreement for that engagement.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of marketing emails, by writing to hello@makelightwork.co. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
